Team Profile

Stacey Rogers is an IREM CPM designated Senior Property Manager with over 10 years’ experience. Stacey has been with Deering Management Group since 2021. She currently manages over 675,000 square feet of medical office, surgical centers, corporate office and retail properties.

Prior to joining the organization, Stacey worked for 10 years in Portland, Oregon as a Senior Property Manager. During her career, she has managed a 900,000 square foot industrial refrigerated property, and 2.5 million square feet of a mixed commercial portfolio including retail, office, medical, industrial and flex use space. Stacey is responsible for monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting and reconciliations, lease renewal negotiations, capital improvements, and all aspects of property maintenance, as well as tenant relations and retention.
