Property Accountant
Selma Goetz has been with Deering Management Group since 2007. She aids the Vice President of Accounting in all aspects of her work and manages the Accounting Department in her absence. Her responsibilities include processing all accounts payable/receivable, tenant invoicing, bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting. Selma's efficiency and organizational skills make her an integral part of our team. She has over 20 years of accounting experience.
Prior to her employment at Deering Management Group, Selma was the Accounts Receivable Coordinator for Albertina Kerr Centers, Office Manager for Precision Industrial Coatings and Accounting Assistant for TIC – The Industrial Company.
