Courtney Roop joined Deering Management Group in 2022, bringing with her over 20 years of customer service experience. Courtney currently supports the budget and reconciliation department, collaborating with managers on the annual operating budgets and reconciliations for properties. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Portland State University.
